We got to bed early, carried out the exercises. She woke up three or four times in the night. Spent much of the night angry about it. Got up at 5:45am.
Although we went to Kevin Laye based on his claims that solving her sleep issues would "be like turning off a switch", and "like running antivirus software", her general feeling is that her sleep has not changed, and if anything has been worse than before.
